I turned 36 this past weekend. I really cannot believe how fast the years have flown by. 35 was a very fun year...mainly b/c of my new baby boy I was with everyday. I'm sure this year will be just as fun.

Hubby helped me celebrate by getting Benjamin a babysitter so that he and I could go catch a movie together for the first time since B was born. We went to see "Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol" and the added bonus? We watched it on IMAX. That definitely was a neat experience. I should have made DH take me to see Twilight's "Breaking Dawn" instead...I would've loved watching that for a third time :-)

After the movie, we enjoyed a nice dinner with Benjamin and his babysitters-his favorite Uncle Jae and Auntie Jina and cousin Madison. We went back to a Brazilian steakhouse that hubby and I tried out about a month ago for the first time. Needless to say, it was delicious :-D

On the day before my bday, I met up with my closest girlfriends at my favorite tex-mex place...Chuy's of course.

And on the day after my bday, we had a late lunch at my MIL's home.

My favorite gift? The external flash for my camera that I had on my wish list :-) that comes in later this week. Can't wait!

Maybe this'll be the year I finish up some of my scrapbooking projects. Maybe I can finish at least 36 pages?!?! A girl can dream, right?

Here are a couple of pics...then it's time to give my fingers a break...blogging from my iPhone is not a comfortable thing to do. But I must try to keep up with this blog this year. Wish me luck with that!!!
