Great starts

It's a beautiful Monday morning and my poor little baby boy woke up this morning with a fever. :-( I think this is his first one. He's not fussy just warm. Hopefully fever will break soon.

I've decided to use our currently least utilized room in the house (the dining room) as a place to have my Quiet Time with God's word. I've been extremely inconsistent with my QT even though I literally spend time in prayer every morning and night. That's because B keeps me accountable. It's a part of our daily routine and you know how babies thrive on routine and structure. Anyhoo, it' been really nice to step back into God's word. Rather than just reading through it, I feel like this time around reading Genesis has been more like reading a really amazing story/adventure? I know, sounds kind of silly but whatever. It's all good.

My husband recently bought a Keurig machine that makes hot/cold coffee/tea beverages. I hate to admit it, but it makes really great tea. I hate to admit it only because my hubby was ridiculously excited about getting this machine and just couldn't stop raving about it. And I didn't see how it could be so awesome. Well, apparently it is. I'm having some English Breakfast tea this morning with some agave sweetener and a splash of milk. That along with a delicious blueberry muffin. Good food for the body to go along with the food for my soul.

Have a wonderful Monday everyone!
